Loan Detail and Loan Disbursement Detail (with User Guide updates)

This release enhances the Loan Detail window (reached from the Loan Summary screen) to display information for up to six disbursements.

Previously, four disbursements could be displayed for a loan, and only four of the potential 12 disbursement points were loaded to the map. The amount shown on the screen for the fourth disbursement represented the lump sum of the amount properly pertaining to the fourth disbursement, plus the amounts for any further undisplayed points. As modified, all disbursement points defined for the schedule are loaded, six can be displayed, and amounts are specific to and accurate for each displayed disbursement.

The updated Loan Detail screen image follows. The "Sub" and "Unsub" column labels now appear in the "Application" and "Disbursements" heading lines to make room for two additional Disbursement lines.

The Loan Disbursement Detail window likewise now displays up to six disbursements. It is otherwise unchanged.

Implementation Notes

• This item is required at all client sites. Please verify your source code.
• Load the updated modules from the SYSOBJH input file in the attached zip file.
  • WFAWDLNN (or you can enter changes manually using mods)
  • WFLNDSBM (replacement)
  • WFLNDDTM (replacement)
• Re-stow WFLNDSBN and WFLNDDTP (routines which call the affected maps).
• No other modules are affected.
• Print the changed pages and User Guide update instructions in the zip file.
• Should it be necessary to employ more than six disbursement points on a loan, the loan must be managed manually. The certification process can be customized to identify these loans and place them on hold.
