Release Notes: Item 1106-02

2011-2012 COD Reporting

This item corrects an omission in release item 1104-02. The 1104-02 modifications removed obsolete ACG and SMART counters from the #ACCUMULATORS parameter group in WFFLR12B, but not from the called subprograms WFPER12N and WFTCR12N, causing a NAT0936 error (mismatch in passed parameters) when the Federal Grant Export job was executed. FPER12N and WFTCR12N are updated to remove the obsolete parameters.

Also, a typographic error in WFPER12N for exporting the student address is corrected.

Implementation Notes

• This item is required at all client sites, but may already have been implemented at some institutions. Please verify your source code.
• Load the new and updated modules from the SYSTRANS file in the attached zip file. Or, alternatively, you may apply changes manually to the updated modules:
  • WFPER12N
  • WFTCR12N
  No other modules are affected.
