2014-15 Fund Rollover and Overaward Calculation

This release addresses two issues related to FINANCIER awarding:

• Modifies the Overaward calculation (WFOVRAWN) to prevent a truncation error when the FC (the sum of PC and SC) exceeds 9999999. The federal rule defines FC, PC and SC all as N7, so the FC must be capped in FINANCIER. If SC+PC exceeds 9999999, the FC value will be 9999999.
• Corrects the rolling of Packaging funds by the Fund Rollover program (WFFNDRLB). Before correction, the rollover did not create records in the WF-FUND file and WF-FUND-PACKAGE file (which was introduced with 2013-14 packaging) for funds set to be used in the Packaging process. If you have already rolled funds for 2015, you will need to rerun the Fund Rollover to ensure creation of all funds and all entries in WF-FUND-PACKAGE. .

• This item is required at all client sites.
• Load the new and updated modules from the SYSOBJH input file (sy140101.txt) in the attached zip file. Or, you may apply source changes manually for the updated modules. Click on the "mods" link next to the module name for the Differences Report, which shows the previous and current versions of the module side by side. For a further description of the Differences features, click the "Help" link at the top right when the report is displayed.
