2016-2017 Need Analysis

This release brings FINANCIER into compliance with the final 2016-2017 Need Analysis specifications recently published by ED. Income amount parameters for edits 4031 - 4035 (reject 20 logic) in WFNAC17N have been revised; other values and table contents are confirmed. As well, checks to prevent negative amounts in Parent and Student contributions have been added in WFNCD17N and WFNCI17N.

Implementation Notes

• This item is required at all client sites. Please verify your source code.
• Load the updated module from the SYSOBJH input file in the attached zip file. Or, alternatively, you may apply changes manually to the updated module:
  • WFNAC17N (mods)
  • WFNCD17N (mods)
  • WFNCI17N (mods)
• After applying the changes, run the Need Analysis Calculation (WFNANCLB) for all students.
• No other modules are affected.
