2015-2016 and 2016-2017 FISAP

This release corrects the years specified in some headings in the Applicant Report and the Recipients report for this year's FISAP reporting (WFFSP16B) and next year's (WFFSP17B).

• In this year's Applicant report, the "Application to Participate" year span is corrected to JULY 1, 2017 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2018 (from the previous JULY 1, 2016 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2017)
• In this year's Recipients report, the Program Summary year span is corrected to JULY 1, 2015 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2016 (from the previous JULY 1, 2013 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2014)
• In next year's Applicant report, the "Application to Participate" year span is corrected to JULY 1, 2018 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2019 (from the previous JULY 1, 2017 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2018)
• In next year's Recipients report, the Program Summary year span is corrected to JULY 1, 2016 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2017 (from the previous JULY 1, 2013 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2014)
