XML Schema 4.0d

This release upgrades FINANCIER to incorporate XML Schema 4.0d for 2020-21 COD reporting. In support of Informed Borrowing requirements, the following fields will now be returned in the DL Award Response block during the Direct Lending Import process. They will be stored in Financier but will not be displayed anywhere for 2020-21. The disbursment requirements for these tags,the display of them, and the System Generated Response for Informed Borrower will be implemented for 2021-22:

• <InformedBorrowingCompletionDate>
• <InformedBorrowingID>

This release also updates the Direct Lending Export process and the Grant Export Process to now export the Program CIP Code Year whenever the Program CIP Code is required. The value for 2020-21 and forward will be 2020. The Cip Code Year will be exported with Direct Lending, Pell, Teach as part of their disbursement blocks:

• This item is required at all client sites.
• Load the updated modules from the SYSOBJH input file (sy200401.txt) in the attached zip file. Or, you may apply source changes manually for the updated modules. Click on the "mods" link next to the module name for the Differences Report, which shows the previous and current versions of the module side by side. For a further description of the Differences features, click the "Help" link at the top right when the report is displayed.
  
  Note that WFFID21N is an institutional module. Take care not to overwrite your current module.
