2021-2022 Verification Calc

This release modifies the verification calc, due to clarified guidance from the CPS, and further allows schools to automate verification processing for V1 students.

Modifications have been made to the sample Applications Requiremnt checklist and the delivered Verification calculation subprogram.

While the Verification calc does not allow for the creation of Verification records, we have adjusted the Checklist logic to allow for students who have been selected as V1 Tracking group to automatically move past the Verification calc. (This does not effect other tracking groups (V4 and V5).) The checklist will invoke the Verification calc and potentially pass V1 students due to the previously delivered V1 logic.

These modifications will also adjust the WF-VE-VER-FED flag to be set to an 'S' instead of the previously delivered 'V' for the V1 students when the Verification calc sets it.

Implementation Notes

• This item is required at all client sites
• Load the updated modules from the SYSOBJH input file (sy210703.txt) in the attached zip file. Or, you may apply source changes manually for the updated modules. Click on the "mods" link next to the module name for the Differences Report, which shows the previous and current versions of the module side by side. For a further description of the Differences features, click the "Help" link at the top right when the report is displayed.
