This release is required to update various fields that no longer exist as of the 2025 regs year.

WF-FE-S-TEST-GRAD no longer exists in 2025 regs, so this field is being replaced with WF-FE-S-YR-COL
WF-CP-A-DEP was changed to WF-CP-A-DEP-MODEL and we are not doing anything with provisional SAI or rejected SAI
Determining if someone was "automatic zero efc" also went away in 2025. So the fields that got replaced in this program were the -PANAL and -SANAL fields (the bypass fields). FISAP spec says that we should be looking at students with MAX-PELL indicator, values 1,2,3 instead. This field is stored in the ISIR. Since the program didn't already pull in the ISIR, we added a call to an extract to retrieve that isir data (WFISX25E). Other fields, internal to the program that were named with autozero wording were not changed, in order to minimize changes.
Two of the report fields displayed on the reports used wording related to autozero. That has been changed to MaxPell.
