This release corrects the ADD Load when a very large value in the FISAP field is delivered for the 2024-2025+ Aid Years.
Prior to Aidyear 2025, the delivered FISAP field had a maximum size of 8 bytes. With the 2024-2025 Regulatory release, the FISAP could be 15 bytes in length. For Aidyears 2025+, FINANCIER should internally use and display a value as an 8 byte value of all 9's.
Previous to this fix, the ADD Load would encounter a runtime error on the FISAP field.
Additionally, other large fields, (specifically the Student Contribution from Income (SCI), the Student Contribution from Assets (SCA), the parent contribution from income (PCI), and the Parent contribution from assets (PCA)), had the potential for runtime errors if the value in the ISIR exceeded the size of the FINANCIER display fields.
Note: The ISIR fields within FINANCIER contain the actual delivered value (and is not trucated). The truncation is only for display purposes within FINANCIER.
